A vibrant celebration of language, literature and cultural heritage is set to take place in Sydney’s Campbelltown tomorrow as the community prepares for “Ekushey Fair & International Book Fair 2026,” marking International Mother Language Day.
Ahead of the much-anticipated event, a detailed press conference was held on বৃহস্পতিবার (12 February) at Alif Dining, located at 2A/263 Queen Street, Campbelltown. The gathering highlighted the theme, “Preserve and Conserve Mother Languages,” underscoring the importance of protecting linguistic diversity among migrant communities.
The event is being organised by Subcontinent Friends of Campbelltown.
